Cancellation Policy for Online Reservations
At International Car Mobility Solutions®, we understand that travel plans can change. Therefore, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation policy for all reservations made through our website.
1. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time
The full amount paid will be refunded, with no penalties.
2. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time
A refund of 70% of the amount paid will be issued.
3. Cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up date and time
No refund will be issued, regardless of the reason provided.
Important Notes:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via the e-mail address provided in the booking confirmation.
The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the customer’s bank.
In case of changes to the booking dates, different conditions from those stated above may apply, depending on availability and the applicable rate at the time.
